This privacy policy applies to the Hyper Share - Split Expenses with Friends app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Yevhen Berezin (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application does not require registration or account creation. The Application does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on the Service Provider's servers.

All data you create within the Application (such as groups, people, and expenses) is stored locally on your device and, if you choose to use iCloud, in your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit service. This data is managed entirely by Apple under their own Privacy Policy. The Service Provider does not have access to your iCloud data.

The Application allows you to share groups with other users via iCloud. When you share a group, all participants in that shared group can view and edit the group's data, including group name, people, expense descriptions, amounts, and dates. You are responsible for the content you add to shared groups. The sharing functionality is powered entirely by Apple's CloudKit and the Service Provider does not have access to any shared data.

The Application connects to the Frankfurter API (frankfurter.dev), a free and open-source service, to retrieve currency exchange rates published by the European Central Bank. No personal or user data is transmitted to this service. The Frankfurter API runs behind Cloudflare, which may collect basic technical information (such as IP addresses) for performance and security purposes under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

The Application offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions for cosmetic features. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or have access to any payment information, including credit card numbers or billing details.

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider does not collect or share any personal data with third parties. The Application communicates with Apple's iCloud services (for data storage and sharing) and the Frankfurter API (for currency exchange rates). No personal or identifying information is sent to these services. Please refer to Apple's and Cloudflare's respective privacy policies for information about their data practices.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider via email at hello@skyparadise.org so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Since the Application does not collect or store any data on the Service Provider's servers, your data remains under the protection of Apple's iCloud infrastructure and your device's built-in security features. The Service Provider encourages you to keep your device and iCloud account secure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
