This privacy policy applies to the Hyper Share - Split Expenses with Friends app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Yevhen Berezin (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application does not require registration, sign-up, or login. When you first open the Application, an account is automatically created using a unique device identifier stored in your device's Keychain. This identifier is synced across your devices via iCloud Keychain, so all devices signed in to the same Apple ID share the same account.

The Application collects and stores the following information on the Service Provider's servers:

• Device identifier — a unique ID generated on first launch, used to identify your account. This is not your hardware device ID or any Apple identifier.
• Display name — a randomly generated nickname (e.g., "silverfox12") assigned by default. You may change this to any name you choose in settings.
• App settings and preferences — your chosen currency, appearance preferences, and other in-app settings.
• Groups, people, and expenses — the expense groups you create or join, including group names, people within groups, expense descriptions, amounts, dates, and how expenses are split.

This data is synced between your devices and the Service Provider's servers to provide the Application's functionality. The servers are located in the European Union.

The Application allows you to share groups with other users via invite codes. When you share a group, you generate an invite code that other users can use to join the group. All participants in a shared group can view and edit the group's data, including group name, people, expense descriptions, amounts, and dates. Participants can see each other's display names. You are responsible for the content you add to shared groups.

The Application does not use any analytics services, advertising frameworks, or tracking technologies. The Service Provider does not track your usage behavior, location, or browsing activity.

The Application connects to the Frankfurter API (frankfurter.dev), a free and open-source service, to retrieve currency exchange rates published by the European Central Bank. No personal or user data is transmitted to this service.

The Application's servers and the Frankfurter API run behind Cloudflare, which may collect basic technical information (such as IP addresses) for performance and security purposes under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

The Application offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions for cosmetic features. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or have access to any payment information, including credit card numbers or billing details.

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Your data is retained on the Service Provider's servers for as long as you use the Application. You can delete individual groups within the Application. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact the Service Provider at hello@skyparadise.org. Please note that after account deletion, the Application will automatically create a new account with a new random display name upon next use, as the Application requires an account to function.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. To request deletion of data already stored on the Service Provider's servers, please contact hello@skyparadise.org.

The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider via email at hello@skyparadise.org so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. All communication between the Application and the Service Provider's servers is encrypted using HTTPS. The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
